Meet the Librarian

Mrs. Woelmer is Allen’s certified teacher librarian and teaches the library class in the Library/Art/Music/PE/PLTW rotation. She has been Allen’s full-time librarian for nine years. She previously worked for twelve years in Walled Lake and Ypsilanti teaching high school English classes as well as K-8 computer technology classes. She loves sharing and exploring books with young readers.

Mrs. Woelmer is a Common Sense Media certified educator. Library students will learn how to responsibly use technology. They will practice how to appropriately access and use digital information. Click the Common Sense badge above to learn more.
