My name is Kristin Devine. I am very excited to be teaching Kindergarten at Allen! I grew up in Ann Arbor and went to Eastern Michigan University for my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. My favorite children’s book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear by Eric Carle because I love using it to help my students realize that they are readers. In my spare time I like to read, work on crafts, watch sports, and spend time with my husband, our son and daughter, and our two dogs. I look forward to seeing you at Allen! 

 

Shanda Pearson

My name is Shanda Pearson. I teach Kindergarten at Allen Elementary.  I graduated from Eastern Michigan University. My favorite children’s book author is Eric Carle. The books are creative and fun to read to children. In my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

 

 

 

Chris Trumpour

My name is Chris Trumpour.  I teach Kindergarten here at Allen Elementary.  I received my bachelor's degree as a Learning and Behavior Specialist from Illinois State University and my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University.  

Mo Willems is my favorite author of children's books.  When I am not teaching, I love to play and watch sports, explore nature, and spend time with friends and family.  I am proud to be a member of the Allen School Family!
